APPLICATION //
You will be directed to a questionnaire via the BOOK NOW button. This is a space for you to tell me about yourself, your goals, where you need support and what your desired result is from our time together.
*Please answer questions thoughtfully to get the most out of our calls together.

PREP WORK //
Within this stage, I will do my own personal deep dive into the answers you provided me so I can get an idea of where you currently are and where you desire to go. If applicabale, I will check out your website & socials to see how I can support you there.

MENTORSHIP CALL //
These 60 minute calls are for us to connect 1:1 and discuss your business, whether it's brand new or you are expanding your current one. We can discuss anything you'd like (see topic ideas above), discover where you feel stuck and what we can do to break down your resistance and get you on a clear path towards fulfilling your desires as a conscious yoga business leader.

THE STRATEGY //
After our call, you will receive a follow up email which will contain your own personal strategy with action steps to implement. This strategy will be designed to help you accomplish the goals we discussed, and help you feel more clear, confident, empowered and organized within your business moving forward.
