Ayurvedic Spring Cleanse

100% Virtual // March 24 - 30, 2025
Muse with FWS.png

Bliss is our natural state.

When our bodies are vibrant and our hearts are at ease, we naturally experience this innate joy. Yet, in today’s world, we are constantly exposed to harmful chemicals, processed foods, and stressors that disrupt our well-being and take us further from this state of balance.

The good news? We can restore our vitality - together. By embracing nourishing Ayurvedic foods, intentional movement, and supportive daily rituals, we create the foundation for renewed energy, strength, and clarity as we transition into spring.

Just as the earth awakens in this season of renewal, it’s time to tend to the soil of your own life - body, mind, and spirit.

Cleansing isn’t about restriction, weight loss, or achieving a certain look. Instead, this Ayurvedic cleanse is an opportunity to replenish and nourish yourself on every level.

Through simple, time-tested practices, you can:

✨ Enhance energy and vitality
✨ Cultivate lightness in body and mind
✨ Reduce inflammation and joint pain
✨ Curb food cravings and break unhealthy patterns
✨ Restore digestive balance for optimal health
✨ Reveal a natural glow from the inside out

This virtual spring community cleanse is designed as a catalyst for deep balance - physically, mentally, and emotionally. Using the wisdom of Ayurveda, the movement of Yoga, and the grounding of modern somatic practices, you’ll emerge feeling clear, strong, and deeply aligned in both body and mind.

Ready to step into spring with vibrance and clarity? Let’s cleanse, nourish, and thrive together.

What is an
Ayurvedic Cleanse?

An Ayurvedic cleanse is a gentle yet powerful way to reset the body and mind by supporting digestion and eliminating toxins (ama). Unlike harsh detoxes, this cleanse follows a mono-diet of kitchari: a nourishing, easily digestible meal made of basmati rice, mung dal, warming spices, and ghee. P.S it taste delicious!

By giving the digestive system a break from complex foods, an Ayurvedic cleanse allows the body to focus on healing and restoring balance by eating the same thing. It helps clear out built-up toxins, supports gut health, and enhances energy levels. As digestion improves, we move through life feeling lighter, clearer, and more free- physically, mentally, and energetically.

This cleanse aligns with Ayurveda’s principle that optimal digestion is key to overall well-being, making it a great way to realign with your natural rhythms.
